When a new voicemail arrives to either your personal mailbox or group mailbox, you'll receive a notification like this:
Click the View button to go to the voicemail management page:
From here, you will see the mailboxes you have assigned to you, and how many messages are in each mailbox. You can navigate between them using the directional pad:
Use the direction pad arrows and on your phone to select the mailbox you want to check. Then press the OK button to open that mailbox.
Once you've connected to that mailbox, you'll be prompted for the mailbox PIN. Once you've entered your PIN, you'll have access to the voicemails. If you run into issues or have any questions please reach out to Snapcom Support.
