If you are unable to login to the Snapcom Portal or the SNAPmobile app, you can do a password reset to restore access.
First, go to the portal login page at https://portal.snapcom.com/
To reset your password, click the Forgot Password link. If you've forgotten your Login Name, click on Forgot Login Name

If you are unsure of the login name, enter in the email address associated with your login. If you get an error when entering your email, please contact Snapcom Support.
