If you are experiencing issues with spam or unwanted calls, you can block calls from the portal.
Note: It is possible to block calls from your phone directly, but there is limited memory and the settings are not backed up to the cloud.

Navigate to the user you'd like to block the calls on then click Answering Rules then click on Allow / Block
Then, under the Blocked Numbers section, add any numbers you wish to block. If you'd like to remove a number that is blocked, click the "x" next to the corresponding number.
If you'd like to block anonymous or unknown calls, check the box below Blocked Numbers. When you are finished, click Done
